    Why should I shop with Pandealo?
    At pandealo.com, we care about the quality of the products and at the same time we ensure that our customers get value for money.

    Where is the item located?
    Items are mostly located in our warehouse in China. We aim to keep expanding our reach to various cities.

    How should I pay for my item?
    At this point we accept PayPal as primary source of payment method.

    I do not have a PayPal account
    If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one for free. If you do not want to create a PayPal account, you can still proceed with the payment using credit card gateway provided by PayPal at no additional cost.

    How can I pay using gift cards, coupons and discount vouchers?
    While checking out an item, you will be presented with options to enter gift cards and discount vouchers.

    How long does the shipping take?
    Orders typically get shipped within 1-2 days from our warehouse in China.

    When can I expect my item to be delivered?
    Once the orders are shipped, we provide an estimated delivery timeframe of 3-4 weeks. You can track your order delivery at any time by visiting your account.

    Can I ship the item to a different country as a gift?
    Yes.

    Why a delivery of order takes 3-4 weeks?
    Pandealo believes in connecting customers from various locations providing them a global platform to shop. We believe in giving our customers the best value for money for cheap price.

    Can I return purchased item?
    Yes, all items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note the postage will need to be paid by you, we do not cover for return shipping costs. Please contact Pandealo support to return an item.

    Can I cancel an order which is already shipped?
    Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    Yes, shipping is calculated based on address on checkout

    Where can I track my order?
    At each and every step of your order processing, we will email you the details of your order, you can also track the progress of your order by logging in to your account at pandealo.com.

    Where can I check my past orders?
    You will need to login into pandealo.com and navigate to your account details where your can find all your past orders.

    We try to respond as soon as possible, however, please provide us 12-24 hours for a response.

    What can I post in Pandealo's facebook post?
    You can post any message which is appropriate for a public forum. You can also post if you have any question you need to ask us. If your query is personal, we encourage you to use online chat or contact us page.

    We try to respond as soon as possible, however, please provide us 12-24 hours for a response.
